WagBook.dog — Safety & CSAE Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2025

At WagBook.dog, the safety of children and all members of our community is a top priority.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and have implemented both technical and human-driven processes to detect, remove, and report abusive content and behaviour.

Overview

This page describes our definitions of CSAE, how we prevent and respond to incidents, how users can report issues, how we cooperate with law enforcement, our data handling practices, and our staff training commitments.

Scope

This policy applies to all WagBook.dog features that allow user-generated content (UGC), including posts, photos, comments, messages, and marketplace listings.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

WagBook.dog has a zero-tolerance policy for CSAE.
Any user, content, or behaviour violating this policy will be immediately removed and may be reported to law enforcement.
Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently banned.

Prevention & Safety Measures

  • Age-related disclaimers and protections are in place to help keep minors safe.

  • Private messaging and content uploads are monitored for potential policy violations.

  • Reporting buttons are clearly visible on user profiles, posts, and messages.

  • New users have limited capabilities until account trust is established.

  • All data handling complies with privacy laws and best safety practices.

Detection, Moderation & Content Removal

  • Automated tools detect and flag known illegal imagery and grooming activity.

  • Human moderators review flagged content to confirm and enforce removals.

  • Confirmed CSAE content is removed immediately, and offending accounts are terminated.

  • Evidence is preserved for investigation and legal cooperation when required.
